Senior Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Site Supervisor to manage the full operation of our on-site coal testing laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

- Responsibilities:
- Assisting the SSE in monitoring and managing compliance with regulations
- Identifying and reporting hazards and inspections
- Recording, investigation, and reporting procedures
- Demonstrating visible safety leadership
- Completing incident investigations to identify root causes
- Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
- Managing procurement and freight of parts and services
- RII competencies for light vehicle and laboratory equipment
- Previous experience operating onsite laboratories
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic spreadsheets
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in all aspects of laboratory operations
