About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer at our branch in The Glen Shopping Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers towards their financial goals, and addressing their general banking queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including cash handling and account management, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and credit cards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve branch goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements
  • Numerical Skills: Basic numerical skills, including cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Personality: A positive and energetic personality, with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Resilience: Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve branch goals.
