About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to undertake comprehensive corporate planning and performance reporting that supports our vision and Community Strategic Plan, promoting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing corporate performance frameworks, monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Business improvement methodologies and implementation.
  • Investigative and research skills.
  • Implementing service review programs.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Facilitation and negotiation with stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of local government and business excellence frameworks.
  • Technical competence using Content Manager, Pulse, TechnologyOne and InfoCouncil.
