Strategic Business Growth Specialist

This role involves driving sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that fuel business performance, enhance customer value, and manage key risks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze industry trends and provide insights to support strategy formulation across commercial segments.
- Develop and implement complex credit risk strategies, including channel enablement, policy and process improvements, and enhancements to models and origination quality.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track and optimize the risk-return profile of the business lending portfolio.
- Promote a proactive risk culture by identifying and mitigating emerging risks and ensuring robust operational controls are in place and effective.
