Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our Front Office Team. This role involves providing top-notch guest service, working collaboratively with a dynamic team, and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
