Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings and guest communications, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in hotel reservations.

  • Manage both FIT and group bookings, ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication with guests.
  • Provide proactive support to guests, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer behavior to develop strategies that drive business opportunities.
