Major Project Opportunities

The Major Projects team works with clients to bring to life significant and game-changing projects. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients on a wide variety of matters, with a focus on procurement, facilities management, maintenance, services contracts, construction, asset disposal, and disaster recovery projects.
  • Gain exposure to workplace and health safety law.
  • Work for government and private sector clients including the Department of Defence, RACV, Greater Western Water, Emergency Recovery Victoria, Myer, Homes Victoria, Department of Government Services, Westpac, and the WA Department of Communities.
Requirements:
  • Technical legal experience from private practice, government, or in-house working on construction and/or goods and services procurements.
  • Knowledge of government procurement policies.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing project, tender, and contract documentation.
  • The ability to interact confidently with clients and work in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for learning.
