Corporate Legal Advisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract, with potential for extension or permanent position.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Legal Manager and General Counsel to provide clear, practical legal advice to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on commercial agreements, dispute resolution, employment law, workplace safety, privacy, competition, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with a solutions-focused approach.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate legal and compliance risks, tracking changes in laws and regulations.
- Design and deliver training on antitrust, anti-corruption, contract management, and other legal topics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in mid or top-tier law firms.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with commercial teams, developers, and external advisors.
