Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our collaborative team and deliver efficient HR operational support in a fast-paced environment.

This role will play a key part in executing HR activities, coordinating employee documentation, maintaining and auditing HR data, and partnering with payroll to resolve discrepancies.

  • Support leaders and employees with HR advice on policies and procedures
  • Execute HR operational activities and people initiatives across the business
  • Coordinate employee documentation including contracts, letters, and changes to employment
  • Maintain and audit HR data to ensure integrity and alignment across systems (HRIS/Payroll)
  • Partner with payroll to resolve discrepancies and support data accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Advisor position
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS platforms is desirable
