Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Australia. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our brand presence in the region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Automated Logic End Users, Mechanical Contractors, and Builders.
- Estimate and provide professional submissions to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions / product sales.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the building automation industry.
- Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
- Knowledge of building automation technologies and designs.
- Proven success in leading a sales team and developing commercial contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
