Role Overview

As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will oversee branch sales targets through key strategies associated with the expansion of Automated Logic Brand within Australia.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued growth and asset management.
  • Deliver solution-based sales by understanding and tracking end-user investment and expansion strategies.
  • Estimate and provide professional submissions to secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify and convert total solutions and product sales opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive Building Management Control Systems, MSI, system solutions, promoting Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Substantial experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of estimating and providing successful submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of building automation technologies and designs.
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving commercial success.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop and close commercial contracts.
