The RoleThis Strategic Growth Specialist is responsible for overseeing sales targets through the implementation of key business strategies associated with the expansion of a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions within Australia. The role involves working closely with customers, including end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management, equipment lifecycle / asset management.
- Consultative selling as well as understanding and tracking customer investment / expansion strategies.
- Estimate and provide professional submissions.
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions / product sales.
- Provide integrated solutions, promoting capabilities and extensive product range.
- Build strong relationships with new and potential clients.
- Provide regular updates to senior management with client and industry feedback.
Requirements
Experience in a similar business development role.
Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
Knowledge of building automation technologies and designs.
Leadership skills with a proven track record in sales and team management.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell commercial contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
