Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals who have experienced sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide counseling to help individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Identify return-to-work barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
