Debt Recovery Operations Lead

The role of Debt Recovery Operations Lead requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing recovery processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support debt recovery operations to ensure policies, procedures, and work instructions are in place and followed.
  • Develop strategic plans for debt recovery aligned with legal requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and reporting systems for audits and reviews.

Requirements:

  • FNS30420 Certificate III in Mercantile Agents, including competencies in debt collection and legal recovery.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian credit laws and financial regulations.
