Strategic Lead Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Lead. As a key member of the Infrastructure Services team, you will play a critical role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth initiatives and ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer needs. You will collaborate with business unit leaders to translate strategic direction into actionable initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

A key focus of this role will be on delivering market and competitive insights that inform decision-making. You will also identify and support M&A opportunities and broader growth initiatives, while providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Deliver market and competitive insights that inform decision-making.
  • Identify and support M&A opportunities and broader growth initiatives.
