Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to drive customer adoption and value outcomes for a segment of Zipline customers.

The Role
  • Manage ongoing adoption and value outcomes for a segment of Zipline customers to ensure they continue to get recurring impact from our SaaS Products.
  • Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, diagnose gaps, execute adoption playbooks to hit CVS targets.
  • Drive Product Adoption by segmenting accounts into cohorts, crafting launch comms, leading light-touch rollouts, building onboarding workflows and material in the product.
  • Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle.
  • Build scalable enablement material – Including Loom videos, Knowledge bases, Training sessions, Webinars.
About You
  • You will be responsible for owning ongoing adoption and value outcomes for a segment of Zipline customers.
  • Absorb 2-5 years in product enablement, technical account management, or onboarding/implementation project management, ideally in B2B/E enterprise SaaS.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable working with enterprise users, running webinars, writing crisp release notes/emails, training users.
