Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administration Officer to join our team in the Energy Development, Strategic Monitoring and Compliance Unit.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Energy Development Branch to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes for the regulation of the Energy Legislation in the Northern Territory.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Energy Legislation and the ability to ensure that administrative systems and processes meet the required standards for documenting compliance and legal acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a records and information management system that meets the requirements for the effective administration of the Energy Legislation.
  • Ensure that administrative systems and processes adequately meet the requirements for documenting compliance and standards for legal acceptance.
  • Work closely with the Energy Development Branch to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Energy Legislation.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
