Sales Trust Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trust Administrator.
This role will be responsible for providing exceptional sales trust support to the Sales and Rental Team, including daily bank reconciliations, liaising with vendors, and following up on marketing payments.
- Daily bank reconciliations for sales and rental trust accounts
- Liaising with vendors to ensure accuracy in account details
- Following up on marketing payments from the Administration Team
- Processing marketing refunds and deposits when required
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience reconciling end of month statements, BAS, and Payroll, and knowledge of Xero.
Maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service are essential components of this role.
Requirements- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience reconciling end of month statements, BAS, and Payroll
- Knowledge of Xero is essential
- Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable
