Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Processing property-related transactions for the sales department
  • Daily disbursements from the sales trust account
  • Monitoring marketing expenditure and vendor cost recovery
  • Liaising with management, sales agents, and buyers/sellers as required
  • End-of-month sales trust reconciliation and reporting using Agent Box

To Be Successful, You Will:

  • Have experience in a similar role within real estate sales trust administration
  • Be highly competent in using Agent Box (sales trust module)
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Be willing to learn and grow with our systems and processes
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be reliable, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Have a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • This is an onsite role in Clayton
