Store Leadership Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Store Managers to lead our Platypus stores in Sydney CBD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and team member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire a team of passionate casuals to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
- Sales and KPIs: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas of missed opportunity.
- Wage Management: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
- OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
