We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Store Managers to lead our Platypus stores in North Shore NSW. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and team member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and coach your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Sales and Performance: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas of missed opportunity.
  • Wage Management: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Training and Development: Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
  • OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
