Job Title: Simulation Facilities Manager

The role of Simulation Facilities Manager is a pivotal position within the Health Translation Hub Simulation Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing effective day-to-day logistical management of the centre, with a focus on clinical skills and simulation teaching within UNSW Medicine & Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, enabling you to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide staff members.
  • Highly advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient computer literacy, including excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate projects and tasks, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, allowing for a clear understanding and communication of financial information and budget monitoring.
