Logistics Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of various productions, including crewing, travel, and accommodation.
- Crew Coordination: You will manage the crew for different productions, including camera operators, audio technicians, and other support staff.
- Call Sheet Preparation: You will prepare and distribute call sheets to the crew, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.
- Timesheet Payroll Processing: You will process timesheets for the crew, ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
- Travel Arrangements: You will book travel arrangements for the crew, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Requirements:
- Broadcast or production experience is desirable but not essential.
- Minimum of two years' experience in logistics coordination and travel is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems is essential.
