Simulator Support Officers are in high demand to contribute to the delivery of innovative simulation exercises and training solutions.

The role involves acting as a simulator pilot, air traffic controller, and coordinating with other agencies to design and develop competency-based training programs that meet compliance, safety, business, and regulatory standards.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional communication skills, decision-making abilities, teamwork experience, adaptability, technical prowess, mathematical acuity, and multi-role management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have training facilitation experience, understanding of airspace and ATC procedures, knowledge of radio phraseology, and familiarity with air traffic control operations. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office software and eager to learn new technologies.
