Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Management Specialist to lead our submissions team in the production of EOI and Tender submissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid strategy development, content creation, and team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing bid strategies, creating high-quality content, and managing the submission process from start to finish. They will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all bids meet the required standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create high-quality content that meets the requirements of each bid.
  • Manage the submission process, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Media & Communications, Law, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in bid management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing bids and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint.
