Job Role

The wellbeing business partner plays a pivotal role in spearheading comprehensive wellbeing services across various business units.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee health and wellbeing.
  • Engage with senior management and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance.
  • Promote high-level support for wellbeing initiatives and interventions.
  • Provide expert advice on legislation, policies and guidelines related to employee wellbeing.
Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in an allied health profession or relevant field.
  • Experience implementing wellbeing programs in complex organisational settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of psychosocial risk and workers compensation legislation.
