Are you a problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify business and organisational gaps, develop objectives, strategies, and plans to achieve customer satisfaction and efficient use of an organisation's resources. They will also consider and evaluate current systems and structures, report findings to staff at all levels of the organisation, and develop, plan, and implement efficient organisational solutions.

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Evaluate the change process and keep clients informed of progress
Key Responsibilities

The successful Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating workshops and providing training on new systems and processes
  • Developing and implementing efficient organisational solutions
  • Engaging with clients and their employees regarding changes
  • Building and maintaining meaningful and lasting relationships with all stakeholders
