About the Role

This opportunity involves managing a retail team and driving store performance through sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. The position also focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You
  • Minimum 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium environment
  • Proven track record of driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and expectations
  • Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work demands
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service by telling the brand's story of authenticity and confidence
  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters
  • Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth
  • Maintain operational excellence by controlling stock and executing flawless visual merchandising
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy
