Overview

Bendon Group is an iconic Australian company with a legacy of almost 80 years of delivering high-quality, market-leading lingerie and exceptional retail experiences.

We're seeking a senior retail leader based in Melbourne or Sydney to lead our retail channels in the Australian market, which includes Outlet and Myer Concession.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive above-market base salary, generous quarterly bonus potential based on KPI achievement, and tools of trade, including a car allowance.

About the Role

This exciting new role requires a proven retail manager with regional experience (or higher), ready to step up into a Country Manager position.

You'll oversee the performance of Bendon Group's Australian retail channels, championing an omni-channel strategy, and driving sales and nurturing team performance.

As a collaborative leader, you'll thrive in a cross-functional environment, using resources to exceed sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue targets, EBIT, payroll, and expense budgets across all Australian channels.
  • Provide strong leadership across multiple teams, fostering a "one team" culture as we continue to expand.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement positive change through P&L management, team development, and cost control.
  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to Bendon policies and using the "Bendon way of working" to fuel continuous improvement.
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of achieving budget targets in previous roles.
  • Strong numerical literacy to critically assess the Australian P&L.
  • Collaborative leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams towards success.

An estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
