Workplace Culture Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive workplace culture as a HR Advisor. This involves employee relations, internal L&D initiatives, and policy creation for compliance within a modern workforce.
Responsibilities include:
- Employee Relations: You will manage employee queries with guidance and solutions aligned with our values.
- Awards Management: You will oversee awards management for team recognition and rewards.
- Internal Learning and Development: You will develop internal initiatives for employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Policies and Procedures: You will create and update HR policies and procedures for best practices and compliance.
- Improvement Opportunities: You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement in a stand-alone HR position.
- Collaboration: You will collaborate with leadership for a positive and inclusive work environment.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a HR Advisor position, ideally in a dynamic setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a stand-alone HR position.
- Proficiency in handling employee relations queries and resolving conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience in managing and interpreting awards.
- Familiarity with creating and implementing internal L&D initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- HR qualifications or relevant degree preferred.
