**The opportunity
We currently have multiple opportunities for casual Customer Experience Specialists to join our Customer Experience Team. Shift availability from Monday to Saturday 7.30am to 9.00pm and shifts will be allocated depending on business requirements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcome for our customers
- Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into a forever raving fans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time efficient manner

**We are looking for individuals who have**:

- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Great attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
- Excellent technology skills & the ability to adapt quickly to new systems/processes
- Flexible availability to work
