
Corporate Workplace Cultural Transformation Specialist

This role is perfect for a seasoned Human Resources professional looking to take on a pivotal advisory position within an organisation. You will be partnering with leaders and teams across the business, providing guidance on people practices, driving culture and engagement initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across the People & Culture function.
- Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compliance;
- Lead complex case management, including investigations and Fair Work matters;
- Drive initiatives to boost culture, engagement, and retention across the workforce;
- Mentor and support other People & Culture team members;
- Contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and organisational change projects; and
- Travel to branch locations across Australia to provide on-the-ground People & Culture support.
We are seeking a confident HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships and navigating complex workplace matters. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR / People & Culture role with a strong ER / IR component;
- A sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements;
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels;
- Proven experience handling complex case management with confidence; and
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for workplace culture and engagement.
