
Workplace Culture Coordinator

**Your Key Accountabilities**:The core capability requirements for this role are**:
- Provide advice and support managers and team leaders in building inclusive workplaces and practices and actioning other culture and engagement strategies and actions.
- Contribute to the development of organisational frameworks, policies and procedures for a workforce that models professional and ethical behaviour.
- Partner with key stakeholders to design, develop and deliver resources to support line managers in the effective management of employees and volunteers.
- Identify and monitor trends and emerging issues pertaining to education and training.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, coordination and review of training programs required to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and volunteers.
- Build effective networks and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Undertake research, analysis, design, development and delivery of innovative organisational improvement products, including systems, processes, education, training and consultancy in the area of employee and volunteer engagement.
**Role Requirements**:Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience**:
- Highly desirable human resource management and workplace training adult education.
