Senior Civil Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia.

The Role
  • Prepare detailed designs using 12D for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure projects.
  • Interpret civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs and expectations.
About You
  • Hold senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivisions development.
  • Relevant qualifications, including Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, are essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in 12D software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval processes and regulatory requirements is necessary.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is required.
