We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Busselton, Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Busselton and surrounds.
Our approach covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to the places we work, live, and thrive.
The ideal candidate will have senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions, with relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience using 12D software.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
- Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
- Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
- Interact with clients regarding project needs
