We are seeking a seasoned Civil Designer to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. Reporting to the Civil Team Lead, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Busselton and surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers. Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.

Relocation package is available for applicants outside the region. We care about the communities we serve because they're our communities too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
