Urban Development Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to work on projects delivering solutions in land subdivisions, road infrastructure, and community development within Western Australia.

As an experienced civil designer, you will have a strong background in working on multi-disciplined civil projects for councils, local government, main roads, or developers.

  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpret civil design requirements of state government, local government authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs.
Requirements
  • Hold senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivisions.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
