The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced civil designer to prepare conceptual and detailed designs for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems and associated infrastructure using 12D software.
  • This role involves interpreting civil design requirements from government authorities and private sector clients, as well as collaborating with other disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

About You

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions.
  • Relevant qualifications are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with 12D software is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements is also required.
