LION Digital, a global full-service agency, is seeking a skilled Paid Media Director to join their team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of performance marketing and experience working with social platforms.

About the Role

The Paid Media Director will focus on tactical development and execution of Search advertising for LION clients, leveraging their skills to enhance campaign performance and ensure optimal ROI through continuous improvements and innovation in the Paid Social channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and refine performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other targeted platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, optimisation, and analysis to meet targeted KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Use advanced analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and updates in performance marketing tools and platforms, applying new techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Ideal Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, managing budgets $3k - $20k+ per month (ideally in ecommerce, SaaS or Marketplaces).
  • Good knowledge of Meta Business Manager and associated platforms.
  • Ideal experience in TikTok, Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and optimize campaigns across these channels.
  • Analytical skills, with familiarity in using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of tackling marketing challenges successfully.
