Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in bridging the technical gap between client accounts and internal engineering squads, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combining technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to accelerate sales cycles and deliver successful solutions.
  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment between customer goals and internal capabilities.
  • Collaborating with sales and customer success teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Designing scalable architectures and overseeing seamless solution implementation with engineering teams.
  • Leading technical discovery sessions, assessing system gaps, and developing customised integration strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on technical experience and project experience in a SaaS environment at scale.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a strong company culture.

Nice to Have:

  • Technical background as a software developer or solutions architect.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly within fintech or banking.
  • Start-up or scale-up experience.
