Chief Technical Architect

This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundations of a purpose-driven platform with real impact. As a hands-on Chief Technical Architect, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the platform and technical direction.

The platform allows users to incorporate all their health data in one place, from GP, fitness, dietitian, specialist etc, and guide users on best suggestions for them. With over 30k active users, this platform is poised for next stage growth.

In this role, you'll:

  • Stay hands-on in the codebase while mentoring and scaling the engineering team
  • Establish engineering best practices in infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and system reliability
  • Work closely with product, design, and domain experts to deliver secure, scalable features
  • Foster a collaborative, empathetic engineering culture built on clarity and accountability

You'll have the autonomy to set direction, the support of an experienced team, and the opportunity to play a defining role in the company's next stage of growth.
