About this role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for potential clients, thoroughly understanding their business challenges and technical needs.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs).
  • Develop and deliver engaging, customized technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value of our platform and its capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical features into tangible business benefits, using a value-based selling approach to help customers understand their return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless sales process, provide market feedback, and influence our platform's future development.

This is a critical role where you will be the technical ambassador for the sales team, responsible for owning the pre-sales process from start to finish.

You will leverage your deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to simplify complex solutions, articulate business value, and build trust with potential clients.
