This role is responsible for coordinating property agreements within a specific geographic area.

About the Role

As a Property Coordinator, you will be working closely with a team to manage property-related activities. Key responsibilities include reviewing and creating briefing notes, ensuring lease and legal agreements are up-to-date, and managing landlord responsibilities. You will also be involved in maximizing tenant satisfaction and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Reviewing and creating briefing notes according to established procedures.
  • Ensuring lease and legal agreements are current and accurate.
  • Managing TfNSW landlord responsibilities as required; site visits, condition reports, tenancy negotiations (rent reviews, obligations and risks).
  • Maximising tenant satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong work relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing input and support for updating and training property documented procedures.
  • Supporting reporting needs including ad-hoc requests.
  • Coodinating and reporting asset issues with facilities maintenance teams as needed.
  • Ensuring all property management activities adhere to quality, environmental, and safety management plans.
