Brand Leadership Opportunity

Campos Coffee is searching for a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager, with a positive and can-do attitude to join our team.

This role provides a rare and unique opportunity to shape and grow an award-winning Australian specialty coffee brand.

You'll play a key role in developing and implementing the brand strategies across wholesale, grocery and online channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading the execution of annual brand plans
  • Strategically planning, conceptualising, proofreading and executing creative campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Supporting Business Development Managers by developing effective brand marketing collateral and POS
  • Collaborating with the Coffee team to support the development and growth of the coffee program
  • Working cross-functionally to deliver key brand events
  • Leading NPD and collaboration/partnership opportunities
  • Monthly brand performance reporting, providing meaningful insights and sharing recommendations to strengthen impact and improve ROI
  • Analysing competitive activity and market trends, customer preferences and habits, pricing and sales channels to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
About You
  • A love of specialty coffee or previous experience working in coffee would be advantageous
  • 2+ years in a Brand Manager role (or as an exceptional Assistant Brand Manager)
  • A passionate, inspiring and willing approach to all tasks
  • Competent project management skills with the ability to keep projects on track and juggle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication, influence and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proven ability to interpret sales and marketing results
