Specialty Coffee Expert Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Specialty Coffee Expert to lead our morning coffee service.

About the Position

This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining an efficient café experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Open the store each morning and set up for service
  • Making high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks
  • Managing coffee supplies and inventory
  • Overseeing pastry supply and morning food offerings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the coffee service area
  • Assisting in managing coffee POS and morning table service

Necessary Skills:

We require candidates with 2+ years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting, strong customer service and multitasking skills, passion for coffee and interest in artisanal beverages, and ability to work independently and manage morning operations.
