Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across both our nursing agency and training organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow client bases, build and maintain relationships with aged care providers, community care organisations, and corporate training clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow client bases for Aged Care & Disability Nursing Agency (placement of casual and contract staff) and Bright Lilly College training services (short courses, Certificate III, corporate/group training).
  • Build and maintain relationships with aged care providers, community care organisations, and corporate training clients.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
  • Drive enrolments through community engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and service agreements.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, expos, and networking events.
About You:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare, aged care, training, or related sectors.
  • Strong network within aged care, disability, or vocational training sectors is highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet targets, and think strategically.
  • Understanding of RTO compliance and/or aged care staffing models is an advantage.
  • Current WA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
