Role Overview

This role involves driving and growing the memberships program by making meaningful connections with a diverse hospitality community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for member and partner engagement strategies, ensuring exceptional service experiences and fostering strong relationships within the industry.

The key accountabilities include:

  • Membership and Partnership Management: Understanding member and partner needs, optimising their journey, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Business Development: Promoting membership sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Event Management: Planning, coordinating, and executing successful events and expos.
  • Administration: Responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring CRM is up to date.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hands-on experience in memberships and events or similar roles, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry dynamics and member/partner engagement strategies.

A strong networker with effective communication and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with members and partners.

They will also possess a results-oriented approach, a proven track record in identifying potential members and partners, and a strategic and data-driven approach to business development.
