Lead Membership and Commercial Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead membership services and commercial partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster relationships, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow membership across various industries.
  • Drive retention and engagement by delivering high-quality member experiences.
  • Oversee commercial partnerships, securing sponsorships, and ensuring sponsor satisfaction.
  • Recruit and service exhibitors for flagship events.
  • Support delegate experience through registration, accommodation, and event services.
  • Curate and deliver member networking events.
  • Manage budgets and report on growth, retention, and commercial outcomes.
