About the Role

We're seeking a skilled business development professional to lead our membership services and commercial partnerships. You'll be responsible for fostering connections, nurturing prospects, and building long-term relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and communicate clear growth strategies to drive membership and revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture existing members and build new relationships with potential partners.
  • Commercial Partnerships: Oversee commercial partnerships, securing sponsorships and ensuring sponsor satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Event Management: Lead exhibitor recruitment and servicing for our flagship congress, as well as support delegate experience by coordinating registration, accommodation, and event services.
Requirements
  • Membership Experience: Proven experience in membership, business development, or sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in influencing stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in venues, events, or the entertainment industry.
