Lead Interior Designer for Hospitality Projects

We are seeking a skilled Lead Interior Designer to join our team. As a seasoned hospitality expert, you will be responsible for overseeing design development, project briefs, and documentation in Revit.

This role involves collaborating with clients and consultants to deliver seamless projects, providing mentorship to junior designers, and ensuring designs meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Design Development: Develop innovative concepts and project briefs that exceed client expectations.
  • Design Documentation: Oversee the creation of detailed design documentation in Revit, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery, provide regular updates, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Contract Administration: Assist with contract administration, working alongside a Project Leader to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Interior Aesthetics: Select furniture and finishes that elevate interior aesthetics, creating unique and inviting spaces.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–10 years of interior design experience, preferably in hospitality projects.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in Revit, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong time management, collaborative mindset, and experience mentoring junior team members.
